Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on sale or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories that have been worn or handled cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
