To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including all contents.

Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
For other reasons, accessories that have been worn, have make up marks, smudges, scratches will not be accepted.
Refunds
